Beautiful condition and rare McCurdy Mcintosh Vintage MC-30 tube amp, all vintage tubes including excellent sounding metal RCA 1614 power tubes, no rust, nice chrome, nice lettering, well cared for condition(see pictures). The McCurdy Mcintosh components were made in Canada using McIntosh parts, chassis, etc. This version is also called the A-116B, serial number A611191. This amp is a beauty and sounds as good as it looks. It has the vintage Mcintosh incomparable build quality, design, parts quality and attention to detail that only vintage Mcintosh can offer. It sounds as good as it looks, open, detailed, dynamic, extended, transparent, big, spacious, smooth, natural and very musical. The MC-30 is considered by many as the best sounding of all the vintage Mcintosh tube amps. There are 2 capacitors that were replaced with Sprague Orange Drop capacitors(USA). The McCurdy amps were a limited production amplifier to offset Canadian Imports/Taxes. This amp is a beauty.
