Q. Some of your product is used less then 15 minutes and have condition 8/10 why do they have 15 minutes used on them?
A. We are Bell liquidation center so we clear out all over-stock, discontinued and open box product. Product that are used for less then 15 minutes must be returned within the 15 days of the purchase and before Bell stores take them back they have to be less then 15 minutes of talk time on them.
Q. I have a monthly account with Bell Mobility or Aliant will this phone work with my current provider?
A. Yes, this phone will work with the providers.
Q. Can i pay by paypal and pickup the item for local pickup location?
A. NO. if the payment is made via paypal it will be shipped, if you choose to pickup then you have to pay cash at the pickup location.
Q. I've called bell and they asked me to get the esn before purchase to see if the esn is correct?
A. Unfortunately we don't provide esn before purchase for security purpose. ashore yourself if the phone or the esn invoid then we will provide you full refund including shipping cost.
