We operate from the UK mainland, supported by e-Commerce websites and our eBay UK shop where we list most of our products for customers to bid, buy now and compare prices. We sell mainly to UK and Europe and currently expanding to cover other non-European countries such as Australia, USA and Canada.

All Orders received before 4pm will be dispatched within 1 working day. The Delivery service used is specified on the listing description.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries unless it is dispatched via DPD which you will need to allow no more than 3 days.
Large and/or expensive items are usually dispatched via DPD UK Next Day Delivery Service.

By Credit or Debit Cards - Please email us your name, full billing & delivery addresses and telephone number including details of the item you have purchased via eBay and we will contact you within 24hr to take a payment over the phone.
By Uncrossed Postal Order - Please post the “Uncrossed” Postal Order to the postal address specified on Contact Us Box. To avoid any further delay in dispatching your order, you must request an “Uncrossed” Postal Order from the Post Office.

Warranty:

Most items come with a 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay messaging service.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt you should return the item by a signed for service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our Return Department. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Any item purchased from Hitari Trade may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of the dispatch date, providing that the item still unused, unopened and in its original condition.

Please contact us first before you return any item.

Once item is received, it will be inspected and if confirmed unused unopened and in its original condition, we will exchange it or issue a full refund as per your request minus the initial postage cost.
