Shipping & Handling

• International Bidders, please contact us first for a shipping quote before bidding. Prices will vary depending on the size of the part and the desired delivery location. Please remember we do not strive to make money on shipping! Some locations can be very reasonable, while others are cost prohibitive.
• Shipping quote is for lower 48 states only. PR, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Guam and Alaska customers please contact us for shipping quote prior to bidding.
• We ship every business day (Monday through Friday) excluding Holidays and offer 24 hour handling time, though many items are sent out same day. If you need your item expedited please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
• All items are shipped USPS priority, Fedex or UPS ground to the lower 48.
• We will combine shipping on multiple orders, please contact us prior to paying and wait for an invoice.
• USPS tracking will be uploaded into your "My eBay" UPS will be sent at your request.

Payment

• Payments can be made through Paypal, or with credit card over the phone or with cash on local pick up. If this is not possible please contact us prior to bidding. We will be more than happy to accept other forms of payment through the mail as well and are open to exploring other options. Credit card payments can be made through our website at RipperPowerSports as well.
• Sales Tax. We are required to charge Arizona sales tax for items shipped to the state of Arizona, or picked up locally in Mesa, Arizona.
• Payments are expected to be made at close of auction or upon purchase. We will open an unpaid item case within a week if payment is not received and you will lose any rights to the purchased product. If you can not pay within this specified time frame please contact us to make arrangements. Many times we can put the item on a hold if you make arrangements with us.

Returns

• Returns: We are more than happy to accept returns within the 14 day period as is eBay policy. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will usually not charge the fee in the cases of damaged part on arrival, functionality issues not detailed in the listings or an error on our part. If you simply just change your mind or have not given due diligence to make sure the part fits your application regardless of the listing title or description, be prepared to pay the restocking fee. Handling and shipping costs are quite expensive on our end and we appreciate your understanding.
•  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please examine all pictures carefully before bidding! We strive to show every part as clearly as possible and are more than happy to provide you with additional pictures or measurements upon request. Call or email.
• If we do make a mistake on any listing or your item does not arrive as described please contact us immediately! Please be patient as we work hard to maintain your satisfaction. We try to list everything as accurately as possible but we are only human and do make the occasional mistake. We value all of our customers and will do our best to leave everyone as satisfied as possible. We acquire thousands of parts from other salvage businesses and privately as well. Many parts are labeled with correct year/model info but in some cases the previous salvage or here at Ripper, mistakes get made. We do our very best to correct any discrepancies, but occasionally parts may be listed with inaccurate year/model info. Please carefully review all pictures (click to see larger versions) to be 100% sure that what you are buying is correct for your vehicle. Contact us with any questions.
