Shipping
- For shipping to APO, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii & Guam we recommend you checkout using Priority Mail. In our experience shipping to the above mentioned locations, the packages arrive faster and in better shape when Priority Mail is used.
- All packages are shipped by USPS Mail.
- Tracking numbers are sent out automatically when a package ships.

Delivery
- Most products ship within 24 hours of being purchased.
- We ship Monday - Friday. All products purchased on Friday evening & through the weekend are shipped out on Monday.

Returns
Folks, we believe in always doing the right thing, so we have a very simple returns policy:
- If you need to return an item because of an error on our part, we will provide a FULL REFUND. We'll even cover the cost of the shipment back to us!
- If you would like to return a NEW, UNUSED item for any other reason, we'll charge a RESTOCKING FEE of 20% or $5.00, whichever is greater.
