Shipping Method

• Items will be well packed before item was shipped with new samll box. Please confirm, original box is not coming as custom problem
• Tracking number will be provided as soon as we get from our shipping company.

Returns Policy

• Customer satisfaction is our priority. We sell high quality projector bulbs and lamps. However, if there is an error on shipping or in the information we provided, we will cover all the additional costs for exchange or return for refund.
• Warranty return and order cancled return will be paid by buyers if order is shipped. For cancled order return, we will ask 20% as restock fee for the items have been shipped.
• Please note returning items should be the one we sent and return it with its original packaging. For the products which is not belong to ProjectorLumes, we will not in charge of sendding back and no refundable.
