Payment | We accept following payment methods
1.1) PayPal from worldwide buyers, subject to below requirements.
1.2) UK, USA & Canadian Buyers' should have either a confirmed PayPal account address or verified PayPal account.
1.3) Buyers’ outside UK, USA & Canada, should have a verified PayPal account.
1.4) If paid via PayPal, we expect PayPal payment to be eligible for seller protection.
1.5) If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to decide whether to go ahead with the sale or to cancel it and refund your full payment.
1.6) Item will be dispatched on successful realization of funds into our PayPal account only.
1.7) Item will be dispatched to PayPal account registered address only.

Shipping | We accept following payment methods
2.1) All items will be dispatched Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouse.
2.2) All orders received before 6am (GMT) from Monday to Friday, will usually be dispatched on the same day.
2.3) All orders up to USD 200.00 will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airsure plus Signed for delivery method.
2.4) All orders over USD 200.01 will be dispatched via FedEx or Similar Courier Service at our discretion.
2.5) Import / Customs Duty : The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the UK & European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance including import/customs duty must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. |

Return Policy | 4.1) If you are not satisfied with you purchase you may return it to us for a refund.
4.2) All returns must be pre authorized and please contact us immediately via above contact options with the reason for your return.
4.3) All items must be return unused in their original packaging, with full box & its contents (i.e. phone, battery, charger & adapters, hands-free, pc cable, leather case/pouch, user manuals, CD software, interior packing case, box, memory card) and in a resealable condition.
4.4) All returns must be received to us within 14 days from the day you receive delivery of the item(s).
4.5) Please note that all returned box(es) opened goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refund will be reduced by 15% of the total cost (excluding postage costs) to cover our general administration & warehouse restocking cost.
4.6) All returns must be sent to ‘Returns Dept, KICKmobiles Ltd, 64 Kenway Road, Kensington, London, SW5 0RD. United Kingdom’.
4.7) If you are ;
4.7.1) All customer returns must be accompanied by an appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.
4.7.2) All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' deliver along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s).
4.8) Customer is required to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held accountable for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
4.9) We advise you to include a note with eBay item number and buyer’s eBay user ID clearly sated on it, along with the return package.
4.10) Soon after our ‘Returns Dept’ has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days.
4.11) Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment you used to make the payment at the initial purchase & no alternative methods are allowed. |
