Returns
We do understand that you may have ordered an item(s) that may be the wrong size, wrong colour, or just not the item(s) you may have wanted. We will reimburse you, in full, for your purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns and exchanges. We are more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
- Our returns/exchanges policy is valid for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Please send us a message through eBay BEFORE your purchase is sent back. One of our sales staff will reply with instructions.
- Refunds will only be given on a strictly unused, undamaged merchandise basis that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when it was sent out.
- On returns/exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s).
- Worn or washed merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there was an error made on our part or the item arrived defective.
- International exchanges may incur a re-shipping charge.
