      • Fine Pair Antique Taisho Japanese Kyoto Awata Royal Blue Kusube Yaichi Satsuma Vases.
      • Pair of fine Satsuma stoneware square vases.
      • Four panelled design alternating a landscape and a figural scene in reserve on a royal blue ground.
      • Date c1915, Taisho period.
      • Double character mark in red characters on the base, Kusube Yaichi.
      • Measures approx. 21 cm tall and 9.5 cm at widest. Weight for both 1.55 kg.
      • Overall condition is very good, some signs of wear and/or use commensurate with age.
      • Loss to gilding.
