That's why we provide a 30 Days No-Questions-Asked return policy with all products. You simply ship the unused (Tags + Manual + Packing) product back to us and we will issue a full refund.

If you are having problem with a Eco-Drive / Solar Powered watch please make sure you have tried charging it first.
If you have a problem We kindly request that you DO NOT OPEN A RETURN CASE ON EBAY and instead contact us first.
Rest Assured that we have been in business for many years and by contacting us directly via eBay messages, we will be able to sort out the problem out swiftly and honestly. We will cover the FULL COST OF RETURN SHIPPING and promptly issue a FULL REFUND refund on return of the item. RETURNING AN UNWANTED OR NO LONGER REQUIRED ITEM
You are free to return your unused watch (With Tags & Instruction Manual) if you change your mind within 30 Days from Receiving it. Do your products have warranty?
All our products come with Official Citizen Manufacturer's Warranty. However, since we are based in a different country, we can only provide the international part of the warranty which is 1 year. If you were to purchase your watch locally you would instead be getting a 4 year warranty. Please note that you can service your product at any of the Official Citizen Service Centre in your area. In case you are unable to do so, you can send it right back to us and we will provide warranty service.
Do the products you sell have original packaging?
Citizen watches are brand new with tag. The box is not included with free shipping. If you wish to receive the box, please choose Citizen box packaging box. There is an additional charge of US$3.00 for shipping with the box. Please see What's Included? or answer below for more details.
Why Do you charge for the watch box?
Customers have the option of buying their watch with or without the original Citizen box. We charge to include the box to cover for the extra weight on shipping. Our customers prefer ordering the watches without the box so as to draw less attention to their parcel and prevent theft at customs. Please note that in different markets, different types of watch boxes are available. Since we source our watches globally, we might be providing you with a different watch box from your local retail store, however they all remain a 100% original Citizen.

My watch is NOT WORKING, what should I do?
Please do not immediately open an eBay. In some cases this issue can be resolve just by charging your watch. Eco-Drive (solar-powered) Citizen watches just needs to be charged before use.
Make sure to charge the watch - most preferably under a table lamp (about 10-15cm away) for around 5 hours.
For Quartz watches, it might have been that the crown was pushed down during storage or shipment. Just provide us with the Battery Replacement receipt fee and we will refund this.
