If you paying by Paypal, we can only send to the address shown on your PayPal account. So please ensure that the ship-to address is identical to your paypal address.

If your PayPal has a Unconfirmed address will cause delays so please ensure that that this is confirmed.

Items are usually dispatched within one working day.

The item if shipped by Royal Mail Standard Delivery which takes 1-3 business days for delivery within the UK, if shipped by Economy Delivery which takes 6-8 business days for delivery.

For international delivery, it will take 5-7 business days in Europe, 6-10 business days in other countries.

We will deliver your item on next Monday if your purchase falls on a weekend.

It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.

We DO NOT deilver to PO BOX addresses.

Please package up securely and include your ebay user ID on or within the package. Our freepost returns address (for returns within the UK only) can be given upon request.

For returns from outside of the UK please obtain a proof of postage for our records.

Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you. International return costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Faulty and opened items will be exchanged if returned within 14 days.

We reserve the right to retain a 20% administration fee in some cases.

If the item is faulty on arrival we can send a free replacement once the faulty item has been returned so we can investigate the issue.
