Understanding Pedal Commander Programs

Eco: Eco program makes your throttle’s response 50% slower than stock vehicle. Therefore there is no sudden RPM increment on engine, which will help you save fuel and get better gas milage. Eco program also suggests off-road use for pickup and SUVs. Also, we suggest using this mode under heavy weather condition (e.g., snowing and raining) because it will make your traction more safer.

City: This mode makes your throttle 25% more responsive than stock car – great for daily usage.

Sport: This mode makes your throttle 60% more responsive than stock car which is good for spirited driving .

Sport +: This mode makes your throttle 95% more responsive than stock car. We suggest this mode only for racing purpose (using this mode in city or heavy traffic can cause higher fuel consumption and accident due to engine response time).

Simple Installation

SHIPPING, EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND CLAIMS

We ship items within 1 business day after receiving payment. Mostly we ship with USPS and express courier like DHL, UPS, FedEx. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.

To All International Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. And we are not responsible for the item left in custom. Also, we do not accept refund if the item is returned from custom or buyer refuse to pay for custom fees. If Express couriers do not serve in your area, we ship with Post office registered airmail and delivery takes 7 to 15 business days.

EXCHANGE

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. We do not ship out new item without receiving the old item from the buyer.

RETURNS:

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling VAP INC. at (805) 465-7677. A 10% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned unless you have made other arrangements with VITALEN AUTO PERFORMANCE INC. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the buyer. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in a new, resalable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Apparel must not be worn or washed and tags must not be removed. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

CLAIMS:

All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damaged via transit, you should immediately notify VITALEN AUTO PERFORMANCE INC. and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc…). ALL shipped merchandise is insured for full value and the carrier is responsible for proper delivery. DO NOT return the damaged part(s) to VITALEN AUTO PERFORMANCE INC. without prior notification.
