We only ask that you return your shoes in the same brand new condition that you received them.. You simply have to send the shoes back with the ebay returns program. You would be responsible for the return shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt by our staff. If you would like to exchange your item, you would need to purchase the new item and send the original item back for a refund.
