Please complete the eBay checkout fully within 3 days of the auction/fixed price closing date. Payment is requested within 7 days. We will keep you informed of your purchase progress via email!

We will only accept payment via PayPal. All major credit cards are also accepted through PayPal.

Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior to bidding.

By default we will ship your order to your PayPal address, if you wish for your order to be despatched to an alternative address, please change your address on PayPal when checking out.

We despatch orders placed by 2pm the same day on weekdays, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are sent out the next working day.

Items shipped from the UK on a standard service will normally take 3-5 days to arrive.

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Some of our items are sent via China post airmail, Hong Kong post airmail or Singapore post airmail and take approximately 10-25 working days.

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All we ask is the returns must be within 14 days of delivery and for the goods to be returned in the exact same condition that they were sent. Please email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason. Please include your invoice number in your returns package to speed your refund. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.

All of our goods are checked to ensure you receive a perfect product.
