Delivery
Items are securely packed and shipped Monday to Friday. Normal shipping is within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class , we use Royal Mail 1st class Recorded and also via our 24 hour Courier for which a signature is required on delivery.
We offer combined postage on all of our items ~ multiple items purchased via courier will incur extra postage cost of £3.00 for every additional item added.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have.
We accept returns within thirty days of the date of purchase. Postage costs will not be refundable to the buyer unless the item is faulty, return postage costs will not be refundable for the late arrival of an item unless the Buyer original postage choice was Next Day Courier Service. All returned items must be in original packaging including header cards and in resaleable condition.
If An Item has been Returned to Sender by Royal Mail due to Buyer not Collecting it, Address or Postcode Problems the Original Postage Paid will not be Refundable under any circumstances.<br>
All goods are new unless stated otherwise, any faults should be reported through Ebay messaging where arrangements can be made for their return.
