Delivery

All the items we advertise are in stock and are ready to be dispatched. 

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders. International delivery charges vary by location.

All products are packaged safely a securely.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). If your payment is received before 2.00pm we will endeavour to ship your item on the same day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be sent on the next available working day.

We offer a 24 Hour / Next Day delivery option. If you need your item urgently then please select this option at checkout.

Please ensure you check your shipping address upon checkout as we can only ship to this address. If you have made an error, please contact us so we can cancel your order and attempt to help rectify the issue.

Collection

Collection is available for most items 10am to 5pm weekdays.

Please bring the eBay item number with you.

If you have already purchased on eBay, make us aware that you are collecting.

Payment

D&A Computers only accept PayPal payments on purchased items. Payment must be received within 24 hours, otherwise we reserve the right to re-list the item.

Please check serial numbers and model numbers. If you are unsure in any way, please contact us BEFORE you purchase to ensure you are going to get the correct part. Making sure you get the right part is important to us as it avoids frustrations when it will not fit or will not work.

100% Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product and get a full refund.

If you are not satisfied about your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us, before raising any dispute.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it providing it is unused.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging that it was sent in.

Buyer must return any item sent back to us at his/her own cost.
