My Friend Cayla Princess

My Friend Cayla is pretending to be a princess, wearing a pretty blue dress, with tiara and hairbrush accessories. She loves to chat and answer questions about clothes, play games and talk about things in her photo albums. Princess Cayla can also talk about the things you like, too.

My Friend Cayla requires three AA batteries, not included, and is recommended for children aged 5-7 years.

Chat and answer questions

Like any girl Princess Cayla loves to chat and answer questions about clothes, favourite food, her family, hobbies and lots more. Ask her a question and sometimes she’ll answer you like she’s pretending to be a princess.

She can answer questions about all sorts of general knowledge things, like famous people and places, maths and spelling.

By filling in information in the app Princess Cayla can also talk about the things you like, too.

Tell Stories Choose a story book for Princess Cayla to read or listen to one of her audio-only stories. Look through her photo albums, and pick a picture for Princess Cayla to talk about.	Play games Play noughts and crosses or memory match together and Cayla will encourage and congratulate you.	Answer questions Ask Cayla about all sorts of things, like animals, maths, countries or spelling and she will tell you the answer!

How does My Friend Cayla work?

Simply download the free app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to a compatible iOS or Android phone or tablet then pair with My Friend Cayla using Bluetooth.

Princess Cayla uses speech-to-text software to understand almost anything you say so there is no need to memorise specific phrases. There are filters in place, which can be added to at home, to stop bad words getting through.

Note:

Smart device required for all play modes (not included).

To answer certain questions the smart device will need to be connected to the internet. The speed of Cayla’s responses will depend on the strength and sped of the internet connection, so WiFi is recommended, although she can also work with 3G or 4G.

There is a lot which Cayla can do without being connected to the internet, such as playing games, telling stories, talking about her photo albums, and some conversation.
