Return of unwanted items - within 14 days: All goods sold online are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which allow for a 14 day 'cooling off' period during which you may cancel your order (in writing) by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail at any time up to and including the 14th day after the day on which you received your purchase. If you exercise your right to cancel your order, you must return to us (at your own cost), the item/s that you do not wish to keep. Carriage/postal charges are non-refundable. We dispatch items Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated. All items are dispatched on the same day as receipt of clear payment or at the latest the following day with exception to weekends. E.g. if you purchase an item on Saturday it will be dispatched on Monday. All our items are dispatched via signed for services unless otherwise stated. Small items are sent via Royal Mail services and larger items via courier. Due to all items being sent via signed for services customers must be aware that they need to make arrangements to take delivery of their purchased items. These items must be checked at the time of delivery for damage before a signature is given to the courier. As if not, the insurance cover provided by the courier company is invalid. All our UK postage and packaging charges shown on our listings are for UK mainland delivery addresses. If an item needs to be delivered to a non UK mainland address, a postage quote must be requested before a purchase is made. If an item is purchased before a quote is requested, the buyer of the item will have to pay the difference in postage price. Where possible a postage and packaging prices are given for international destinations in our listings, but due to the fact that these costs vary greatly depending on the country that the item needs to be delivered to and the weight/ dimension of the item, it is not always possible to have shipping prices for all destinations. A postage quote request must be made before any purchase, if the destination country is not on the "dispatch to" list on our eBay listing. If not the buyer of the item will have to pay the difference in postage price. All delivery information provided by the customer must be up to date and in full. E.g. Full name and business name (if applicable), address, post code and a valid contact number (preferably a mobile) must be given for items being sent via courier. We will not be held responsible for an any items returned by the shipping company due to a customer not claiming/collecting them from the relevant depot/access point in the allotted time.
