Please be aware that these are generic Rack Ears, so that might not fit 100%, You might need to change the wholes depending on which type of equipment you have. We have tried to make these to fit a most 1u Rack equipment, however there is some that some tweaking might be required.

DY Pro Audio started back in 2015 which was known at the time as DY Pro Cables providing cabling and audio equipment to local musicians and bands. Over the course of 2015 DY Pro Cables quickly got a huge reputation for itself for providing high quality products on a very quick service. 

November 2015 saw the launch of our website, which we could see a huge growth and could see a gap in the market for the Pro Audio Cables with Rean Connectors, and we soon after that launched our eBay account. When we first started out eBay account we had 50 products online. 6 months later we were selling 200 products which then gave us the opportunity to start selling on Amazon. 

In the middle of 2016 we reached our first milestone of 1000 positive, 100% positive feedback which is a huge achievement to conquer in a short period of time. Our online presence were growing on a huge scale. By the end of 2016 we had nearly 300 products on all 3 of our online shops, and we outgrew our office, and had to move into a new warehouse. 

In the first few months of 2017 we could see that we were not just selling cables, we were selling everything musical, from Musical Instruments to PA systems. As of the 1st April 2017 we overcome a huge milestone and became VAT registered and formed DY Pro Audio Limited.
 
Towards the end of 2017 we had now added over 1000 products to our eBay store, which meant we had to start to create a team of people to grow our brand! 

Early 2018 was the start of something new for DY Pro Audio, where we were able to bring some of the top brands to our customers, from American DJ, Electro-Voice, dB Technologies, Allen & Heath, Sennheiser & More! We have been developing our website to fulfil all of the new brands & products.
All Returns:
  • When returning any item, please contact us for a 
    RMA Number.
  • Please pack your returning order into the orginal 
    packaging, and write the RMA Number to the outside 
    of the box. 
  • If the RMA Number is not attached to the box, this
    will increase the time before we can refund you. 
  • If your order is a custom made, under no circumstances can your order be cancelled or return as the item is made to your specifications and can not be sold on. 
  • Items that are to be returned should be in there original packaging including bags, cardboard, polystyrene holders & protectors, inc all accessories (i.e.remotes, leads, batteries, etc) unless an exception has already been agreed. 
Returning Damaged / Faulty Goods:
 
  • If your order is damaged of faulty, please contact 
    us direct to arrange a replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed once the order has 
    arrived with us.
  • Return shipping of damaged or faulty products is
    the responsbility, and will be paid for by 
    DY Pro Audio LTD.
Returning Unwanted Items:
 
  • If you would like to return your unwanted item, then
    please contact us to arrange a return. 
  • All Returns must be completed within 30 days of 
    the orginal purchase date. 
  • Refunds will be processed once the order has
    arrived with us. 
  • Returning unwanted items is the responsbility of 
    and paid for by the buyer. 
  • We advise that all unwanted returns are sent
    insured in case of damage or loss of item.
