Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Look up the item you purchased on eBay and click on "More Actions" and look for "Return This Item". A Shipping Label will come up. Print out the Shipping Label and then send the item back. When the item is received back and inspected, a refund will be issued to you via PayPal. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition with tags attached.
