We are a UK based company and all items are dispatched from the UK. Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 Days (Mon.-Sat.) after receiving your payment.

The return is subject to the goods being returned in the same condition, in which they were dispatched, all tags intact. Items must not have been previously worn or washed. Please also include a covering letter stating your name, address, eBay ID and reason for returning your item as this will ensure your return is processed quickly and efficiently.

The return postage is the buyer’s responsibility except when the item is defective/faulty, not as described or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds will be credited through Paypal, to the same Paypal account used to make the payment.
