FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and information:
USA Shipping:
Almost
all items are sent via USPS Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation only to US
states (very small/inexpensive items we may ship without tracking). We
input tracking directly into Ebay so you can look it up. Please
note....sometimes USPS tracking does not show up until it's actually
delivered (hence the USPS name "delivery confirmation #" as opposed to
"tracking #").
We
usually get your shipment out in approximately 2 business days after
you make payment (larger than normal boxes can take longer). A week or
more for delivery after payment is considered normal (in the 50 states).
INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
We are very experienced shipping overseas. We ship anywhere in the world (if possible).
Post Air Mail
10 to 15 Business Days for Delivery is normal.
IMPORTANT:
All international shipments may subject to possible delays through
Customs. Some shipments can be delayed by as much as four weeks. This is
not something in our control although we will help you as much as
possible.
Shipping Terms:
If you need an item by a certain date, please ask us if it is even possible in advance of
bidding. If you need an item rushed, please send us an email with the
request. Express Shipping is the fastest, but it costs you more.
"Ship to" address: It is always best to use your Ebay registered email address. However, if you want an item shipped to an address other than registered to Ebay you must send us a separate email alerting us to the address. We may not see it if you simply enter it when you make payment.

charged can be more or less than the actual postage you see on your
box/envelope. S/H fees cover more than just the postage fee....
packaging materials (envelope, shipping label, printing, etc..), postage
software monthly fee, handling & packaging, and delivering to mail
facility.
We don't generally offer pick-up unless it is an extremely large item, we apologize.
NO
S/H discount offered for all AUCTION-style listings. Sorry, no combined
discounts (you can always ask, but ahead of time). Please don't assume
you can renegotiate shipping after you win an auction. If you bid, you
are agreeing to the stated shipping cost.
Feedback:
We automatically leave Positive Feedback for any bidder who leaves us positive feedback.
Please
do not leave negative feedback without giving us a chance to resolve
and work out any potential problem. We are friendly and always try to do
the right thing.
Questions:
You can contact us by our direct email, but it is generally best to use Ebay's message system. Also there is a permanent record of any back and forth communication. We try to answer all messages/emails within 24 hours. If you don't hear back from us after 24 hours, please send a second email.
