WATCHMAKING IS OUR FAMILY TRADITION Orlando Watch Company was started by Scott Heisler, a graduate watchmaker. Mr. Heisler graduated watchmaking school in 1981 and soon afterwards he became a Rolex, Breitling & Omega trained technician. His first retail store was located in downtown Orlando, Florida then moving to his current location in beautiful Winter Park, Florida.
At Orlando Watch Company, we strive to provide quality service and watch repair. In efforts to assuring you quality watch repair services, we keep current on the latest technology in tools and skills in our industry. We annually train with many of the Swiss watch factories as well as our local watch associations. Our staff includes [Rolex, Breitling & Omega] trained watchmakers as well [Audemars Piguet, IWC & Breitling] factory trained watchmakers. We want you to be assured your watch is being repaired by fully trained watchmakers.
Our repair center is a hi-tech watch facility using the watchmaking industries latest technology. Orlando Watch Company emulates a Swiss watch repair center and follows the strict Swiss guidelines. Our dust free environment and hi-tech equipment ensures hi-quality work. All our watch repair is done on site.
Orlando Watch Company's repair center is "old school, new school", meaning we incorporate traditional watchmaking with modern technology. Scott is an expert on vintage and modern timepieces. He has the knowledge and training to restore both vintage and modern pieces.

6.5% sales tax applies & will be charged to ALL items shipped within Florida.
Sales tax is NOT applicable on orders shipped anywhere besides Florida!
SHIPPING
FREE and fully insured FedEx 2nd-Day shipping on orders over $500.00 within the United States. Please contact us, prior to purchasing, if you require immediate shipping. We charge $35.00 - $75.00 USD depending on weight and value for FedEx Standard Overnight.
For PayPal purchases, as per PayPal requirements, we will only ship your order to your PayPal verified address.
For security reasons, all orders are shipped with a signature requirement. Please be sure an adult, who is authorized to sign for your package, will be available at the designated shipping address. A tracking number will be provided for your transaction.
International Shipping
We are not offering International Shipping at this time.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All timepieces purchased from Orlando Watch Company may be returned or exchanged within 14-days of purchase. All watches must be in their original, same condition for a full refund of the purchase price, we will not refund any of our shipping costs. If the watch is a gift and you are in need of an extension, please contact us prior to purchasing as this can be arranged.
When your timepiece arrives, make sure to inspect the watch before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. Check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order, with no blemishes that were not shown in the listing. Once the watch is worn, tags or tape removed, sized or damaged, we cannot accept a return of the watch.
Timepiece Tips:
After receiving your watch, it is recommended to wind your watch fully before wearing (self-winding and manual winding watches) For self-winding watches turn / wind 30-40 turns of the crown. For manual-winding watches turn / wind the crown until it stops.
Do not adjust the date manually with hour hand between 9pm – 2am.
For screwed down models, ensure the crown(s) are fully screwed down to prevent water from entering the case, we recommend vintage watches are not for any water usages.

We do NOT pay for return shipping costs, unless we have agreed to under certain circumstances.
Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery (for e.g. UPS or FedEx) Please note: FedEx does not insure watches valued above $500. If your watch is valued above that amount please use an alternate shipping method, as you will be held liable for damage caused during shipping. We are not accountable for damaged or lost packages that are returned to us.
Your credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
WARRANTY
Orlando Watch Company guarantees your watch against manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
Incidents caused by normal wear and tear, watch receiving a shock, abnormal use, water damage caused by improper usage, alterations and work performed on the watch by someone other than Orlando Watch Company are not covered by our warranty.
Broken/damaged crystals, damaged/worn cases, and worn straps are not covered by the warranty.
