Delivery cost by couriers other than Royal Mail is to UK Mainland and N. Ireland only. There may be additional cost for delivering to Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland and ALL Islands so please contact us BEFORE purchase.

We can check and update you with the status of parcels sent by all couriers except of Royal Mail non-tracked services (standard 1st / 2nd class post, Airmail), Royal Mail won't listen to us until 15 working days have passed since the item was due to be delivered (20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the Rest of the World).


Terms of Sale

Unwanted items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of Purchase for a Full Refund (including original postage), at buyers cost.

Please report immediately any item which you received faulty or damaged in transit. We might require some photos or return the goods to us for checking and reviewing the circumstances in order to obtain a replacement item or a full refund of the purchase price, including original postage paid.

Please note that we can't check thoroughly prior to despatch the items which are packed in originally sealed retail packaging.
