Please note that we do obtain proof of postage for all items sent and we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are undelivered or damaged in transit. We will of course help you to track your package through Royal Mail and help with a claim if needs be.
Return Policy: We will refund or offer replacements on any items that arrive damaged where the damage has occurred while the item has been with ourselves. We also accept returns and exchanges on any items that are unsuitable if they are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
