The hydraulic components are sealed and were not designed to be rebuilt.  The hydraulic rams must be completely dismantled and cut open to install new seals – then they must be perfectly aligned and soldered back together again.  Not a DIY task.  Even if you get the hydraulic system rebuilt - in time SOMETHING WILL FAIL.  It is a needlessly complex system that is PRONE TO FAILURE. Many hydraulic systems failed while under warranty - they began failing in year one, and continue failing as the system ages.

Don't wait until your 997 Turbo’s factory hydraulic system catastrophically fails and ruins your paint job or creates a mess in your engine compartment - or much worse, causes a fire!  If you see fluid leaking from the bottom of either hydraulic ram – or get the spoiler warning light, your system is ready to fail.  Don't get stuck with your wing cocked half way up or not working.

RennKit uses Priority Flat Rate Shipping through the US Post Office.

US – Domestic:  $14.00 per eRam Kit (1 – 3 business days)

Canada:  $46.00 per eRam Kit (6 – 10 business days)

Rest of World:  $67.00 per eRam Kit (6 – 10 business days)

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Rennkit will strive to make you satisfied with your merchandise.  Contact us – let us work to resolve any issue first.  However, you may return any unused (as new condition) part within 20 days from the original ship date (Foreign customers have 30 days to return parts) for a full refund less restocking fees.

Simply send an email with reason for return and describe the reason on the back side of your invoice and include it with the parts being returned.  Allow up to 3 weeks from date of shipment for processing refunds and exchanges.

Please note the following return stipulations to the above policy:

• Parts must be returned in the original packaging within 20 days (30 days for foreign orders) of original shipping date for a refund of purchase price less 10% restocking fee.
• Parts returned within 20 days (30 days for foreign orders) not in the original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Parts returned after 20 days (30 days for foreign orders) in original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Parts returned after 20 days (30 days for foreign orders) not in as new condition will be subject to a 40% return fee.
• Custom parts returned within 20 days (30 days for foreign orders) will be subject to a 50% return fee.
• No returns on tools.
• Returns of a partial kit or set will be subject to a 75% return fee.
• Parts returned without customer number, address and/or invoice reference number will not be processed for a refund or exchange until such items are provided. If not provided within 45 days, refund will not be processed.

Note:  ALL return packages must be sent shipping charges prepaid.  COD packages will not be accepted.  It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.  RennKit shall not be responsible for lost or stolen packages being returned to us.

Limited Warranty

RennKit LLC shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. RennKit LLC accepts no responsibility for any consequences resulting from installation of its products on vehicles.  Any defective part or kit will be replaced free of charge provided there is no physical damage caused by installation or abnormal operation.  All parts shall carry a 12 month limited warranty.  Installation by any means shall not be included in the warranty terms.
