Beautiful Barbie outfit 'Hard Rock Cafe 2007'.  This sassy ensemble features a tulle skirt of brown and white and white lace. Note: the skirt was sewn onto the doll so no fasteners at the back.  There is a brown military inspired jacket top with a golden chain accent, again the top was sewn onto the doll and was carefully removed not to break the chain.  Knee high boots with a side zipper almost a snake look green/brown/golden colour with a small chain accent.  Comes with an fancy faux  'electric guitar'.  Just deboxed and removed from the doll condition.
