ITEM CONDITION:
Item removed from fully working vehicle. It’s not new, that’s why some used parts can have scratches(or other small physical damages), can be dirty, can consist used oil/coolant or other fluids. All our parts are genuine! Item will be sold as it is shown in the pictures (when relisting the items, same pictures can be used, therefore, main code will be the same, but the other numbers may be different)! Before buying please make sure this item will fit your car. Match your old part with the pictures to avoid any disappointments. Some pictures show OEM /Part number and you can match it with your old part! If you are unsure, if this part will fit your vehicle, please CONTACT US before buying. It is our pleasure to advise and assist our customers!

SHIPPING:
We always dispatch items as fast as we can!
Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day (usually same or next day). In case of great urgency, please contact us and we will try to post the item as soon as possible.
Shipping to UK and all EU countries takes 8-14 working days. Shipping outside of EU takes 20-30 working days. Shipping to the remote islands might take more than a month.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee delivery times on Christmas and other holidays. Please add extra 20 working days for the above mentioned shipping durations.
EXPRESS DELIVERY within 1-3 business days: shipping rates are approximate and are recalculated upon request and provision of an exact delivery address. Please CONTACT US, if you need this service! There is a possibility to order your own courier! |

RETURNS:
You are welcome to return the item within 14 days after the itemreceipt day:
· Please note that we don’t do any refunds until the item is sent back to us. As soon as we receive our item back, we willverify the secret marking and make a refund to you the soonest.
· Buyer must CONTACT US before returning an item.
· Items must be returned in an original condition.
· Buyer covers postage costs.
· All our items are securely or visibly marked and only those will be accepted back and refunded. |

WARRANTY:
If item arrives broken, scratched, etc. which was clearly caused during postage, please inform us straightaway and send pictures.
Please note that only the notices regarding breakage (caused during postage) will be taken into account, which are reported within 2 days after receiving the item. |
