It is the wholesaler's policy to remove or snip all labels from any high street clothes they sell. This is to protect the high street shop from attempted fraud. The labels are then replaced by the wholesaler's own labels regarding washing and care etc. If you are not happy with this please do not bid on this item.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. Should you need an item urgently please e-mail us and we will do our best to help.

RETURNS POLICY

All items are described in the best possible way, with detailed photos. Please request measurements if not familiar with the brand sizing.

If you purchase an item and not 100% satisfied then the item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 30 days of receiving it.

We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.

Please leave a note inside the parcel with your full name, id name, address, item number and your request, if these information is not included, it will delay completing your refund, in some cases items may go missing.

To prevent delays in processing returns, please contact us before returning your item.

Your return will NOT be refunded if there are signs of wear, marks or scent. 

All return items must be sent by  ( UK ) 2nd Class Recorded Signed for & Internationals must returned back via Recorded or Signed for Post
