We aim to process and dispatch your orders placed Monday - Friday before 8pm on the next working day. Orders placed after 8pm on Friday and orders places on the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company used. Next Day delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase. Cut off time for Next Day delivery is 3pm. Items Lost Policy-If an item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time which goes on Working Days of the time we state it has been dispatched from us PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SORTING OFFICE as your parcel may be left there. The postman may have attempted to deliver your parcel but if there was no answer sometimes they do not always leave a card to say they have called. Please note that occasionally deliveries do get delayed and can sometimes take over the estimated time to arrive especially at peak times when Royal Mail and other Courier services are busy so we ask you to please be patient as it is beyond our control. Royal Mail state that an item cannot be reported officially lost until 15 Working Days from the date we have stated it has been dispatched. If you make a genuine claim you will be fully refunded or a replacement product sent, providing you follow the below: First contact your local sorting office as they may have the parcel. If they do not have your parcel please contact us but please note you must wait 15 working days before a claim can be processed as some items do get delayed in the post. After this time we will start to process an insurance claim. An insurance claim can only be processed with your confirmation that goods have not arrived. The Royal Mail will be contacted and they will contact you to confirm that the goods have not arrived to your given address. If the Claim turns out to be False then the Police will be informed and we will prosecute as this is Common Theft. When the Royal Mail has received your confirmation and informed us, we will issue you with a full refund. If you fail to confirm with the Royal Mail that your item has not been delivered to the given delivery address then we will not issue a refund.
