• (The Good) This auction is for The Incredible Hulk Premium Format Statue edition #408/1000 by Sideshow Collectibles and comes with Original Art Box only (No White Foam or Brown Shipper Box). This statue is used and has been displayed inside a sealed glass and metal framed cabinet. The statue itself when displayed looks new since it was encased in glass and if handled, it was with gloves. I am the original owner.
  

• (The NOT so Good) There is a very small paint scuffs in the bottom of the Hulk's right foot (not visible when displayed) and two paint scuffs on the bottom of his left foot (not visible when displayed). This was due to coming in contact with the base (It is 50+lbs). There are small scuffs on the center of the base (see pics) Also at the bottom of base there is some shelf-wear in the felt pads due to friction with display surface as can be seen from the picture. Finally after owning this piece for many years. It seems the adhesive that connects the base to the black plastic (which has the names & ed. #408/1000) is loosening a bit from two ends/areas. You can see a small gap in the picture on bottom side. It is not noticeable when displayed because of the weight of the base/Hulk presses down on it. Not sure if this is a negative but this is more of a manufacturing issue. You can see where the Marvel & Sideshow name is located, that there is a mirrored imprint of the name HULK. I never noticed it before. I only noticed it due to direct slightly angled lighting.

• USPS Shipping within the 48 contiguous states in the United States ONLY!!! Ships in Custom Reinforced kübox Box with Multi layered soft and rigid foam packaging. It is possible to avoid the potential of damage the Hulk Base might need to be shipped separately. But I wont know until the end post auction after final pictures and its getting ready to be sealed for shipping. I will subsidize the shipping fee for the Base if any.
  

• Included in the Shipping and Handling Cost is “Tracking”, “Signature Required” Upon Delivery feature and includes appropriate upgraded “Insurance” for items over $100.00 (insurance coverage for within US only). The fee in the Shipping & Handling provides the necessary upgrades for both our peace of mind and satisfaction.

• PAYPAL is the only method of payment I use. Please make sure you provide a Confirmed Address. I will only ship to a Confirmed Address. (NO P.O. Box.)

I will pack your statue safely and securely to insure that it arrives as it was advertised in the auction. I have shipped plenty of statues successfully and typically the statue should arrive to you unharmed and as advertised. But even in the optimal conditions polystone statues are still fragile and even secured products can potentially be damaged due to delivery service handling or outside processing methods. Buyer accepts and takes this responsibility when agreeing to bid on this statue. In other words once it is packaged for shipping and it leaves my hands I am NOT responsible for the condition which the polystone statue arrives because it is out of my control. Even New Factory Sealed straight from manufacturer run risk of breakage. Outside what is defined in the auction, any damage to the statue buyer agrees to incur all fees and the responsibility of repair. If you disagree please refrain from committing to this auction.
