• This auction is for a NEW Factory Sealed Captain America Premium Format Statue EXCLUSIVE edition #763/875 by Sideshow Collectibles. I am the original owner. The last 6 Pictures are for reference only.

• If your interested in the statue I would be glad to forward you additional pictures. All you have to do is ask for what you'd like to see.
  

• I plan to double box the statue for best protection and ship with UPS Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous states in the United States ONLY!!! This is due to the nature of material and high shipping weight of the items, Sorry Alaska & Hawaii (I might re-consider shipping based case by case).

• Included in the Shipping and Handling Cost is “Tracking”, “Signature Required” Upon Delivery feature and includes appropriate upgraded “Insurance” for items over $100.00. UPS provides free “Tracking” and unfortunately “Insurance” up to $100 only. The fee in the Shipping & Handling provides the necessary upgrades for both our peace of mind and satisfaction. UPS charges $4.00 for Signature Required feature and $2.50 for every one hundred dollars over $100.00 for upgraded Insurance.
  

• PAYPAL is the only method of payment I use. Please make sure you provide a Confirmed Address. I will only ship to a Confirmed Address. (NO P.O. Box. Due to extra fees)

• I reserve the right to cancel any bids at any point. New buyers must contact me before bidding. Otherwise bid will be cancelled.

• All sales are final and items are sold as is. These items are from my personal collection. I am not a retailer, just trying to earn some extra money for tuition for this coming Fall Quarter.   I have disclosed as much detailed information about the statue to make sure all decisions are informed decisions. All items are sold as is and as such we will NOT provide a refund for any imperfections or damages that we disclosed within the auction, either through description or photos. I will pack your statue safely and securely to insure that it arrives as it was advertised in the auction. Because it is in the original factory sealed I cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that the statue is without flaws. Typically the statue should arrive to you unharmed and as advertised. But even in the optimal conditions NEW Factory Sealed products can potentially be damaged due to delivery service handling or manufacturer processing methods. Buyer takes this responsibility when agreeing to bid on this statue. Upon the request of the buyer I will gladly verify the condition of the statue prior to shipping by opening the packing otherwise statue will be shipped factory sealed.

• Please make sure payment is received within 2 days (48 hours) of concluding auction. If you need an extra day please contact me. Item will be relisted immediately if no payment is made.
