- UK orders are dispatched using 2nd Class mail, unless chosen otherwise.
- All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment, Sunday no mailing or dispatch.
We use Royal Mail for deliveries, royal mail doesn’t usually deliver or collect on bank and public holidays. There also may be a delay due to seasonal posting such as Christmas holidays, please be aware when bidding or buying an item, that although we dispatch within 24 hours we cannot be held responsible for bank, public or seasonal delay holidays. We also retain proof of postage for all outgoing mail.

- If you would like to return a product, please contact us first.
- Buyer must pay for postage to return items.
- Items must be returned undamaged with all packaging.
- If the Buyer does not pay for the postage or item is returned damaged, a refund will not be issued.
- No return or refund on international shipping items.
