Standard free shipping will ship by the most economical carrier of our choice, typically UPS/USPS. Normal delivery time for this service is 2-6 business days to most locations within the US.

Standard free shipping to a commercial (business) address will typically ship via ground carrier (UPS or Fed Ex) for orders valued $ 50 or greater.

One day shipping service is available on the majority of our listings. Orders must by placed by 2PM CST for same day shipment. Please note the next day delivery service is not available to all locations; please contact us if you need to check availability of one day shipping service to your zip code.

The estimated delivery time displayed on your order is only an estimate based on average transit times, we do not guarantee delivery by this estimated date. Delivery is only guaranteed if an expedited service is selected (Expedited or next day service)


RETURNS

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. For a full refund, new items must be returned in the original, unopened package. Used,or open box items need to be returned in the original packaging. Clothing and accessories (including but not limited to shirts, pants, belts, ties, pajamas, underwear, socks) must be returned in same condition received; tags must still be attached if item ordered is "new with tags". If tags are missing, or item has been washed, used, or in otherwise different condition than received, a return will not be accepted.

A minimum 20% restocking charge will be applied to any open items, and up to 50% for items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error. (Excludes defective items)

We will pay return shipping costs for any defective or incorrect items. To qualify, the item(s) must be returned through the ebay RMA process or contact us for a prepaid label. We cannot reimburse any buyer paid return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced; if a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
