ORDERING MORE THAN (1) ITEM...

To order multiple items in one transaction, please do not pay for each item separately. To minimize the shipping costs, see the following…

1.       Simply press the “Buy-it-Now” button on each item’s listing you want.

2.       Enter your eBay User ID and Password to confirm each item purchased.

3.       VERY IMPORTANT…Do NOT press the “Pay Now” button at this time.

4.       Continue your shipping by using Steps 1, 2, and 3 above for each additional item.

5.       AFTER you have finished shopping, press the “Pay Now” button on the LAST item.

 At this point, the eBay system will automatically combine your order with a reduced, discounted shipping charge. If it does not (occasionally happens), please contact us and we will happily combine your order with the reduced, discounted shipping charge. 

SHIPPING COST...

We ship orders to the United States and virtually EVERY country in the world. We ALWAYS ship the order at the lowest possible cost to you and ALWAYS combine your items into one shipment in order to provide a combined, discounted shipping charge. Please see your combined eBay Invoice for the actual combined, discounted shipping cost. We generally ship via:

1.       United States Postal Service (First Class, Priority, Express Mail, etc.)

2.       FedEx Ground (in the United States and Canada…for heavier items like Motors, multiple Spools of Thread, multiple 100-Packs of Bobbins, etc.)

 We also ship with a United States Postal Service “Delivery Confirmation” number so we may track your package to your door. This also helps us identify your package through the various International Customs Offices worldwide. Please note that for all International packages, this “Delivery Confirmation” number will not allow for Buyer tracking after the package leaves the United States. It will, however, allow us, as the Shipper, to track your package’s delivery status through your Country’s Customs Office. Lastly, please understand that all Customs Fees, Taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the Buyer. Thank you for your understanding. You should note that our low prices are generally MUCH LOWER overall than if you purchased the item in your own country due to our worldwide volume.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY...
