2. Ship to an address within the United States (including U.S. territories)

3. Your shipment should arrive  within 2-6 business days from your order date

* Your  total purchase must reach the designated amount after any discounts are applied  and prior to the costs of shipping and tax.

Next Day (1 Business day) $15.99 (not available to Alaska, Hawaii,  and the U.S. Territories*)

Next Day Shipping

All UPS next-day orders will be  delivered on the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday by 1:00 PM  EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card  verification. Any order placed on a wee
kend will be shipped on the next  business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.


Back-ordered items
All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order  being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of  charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within  3-7 business days.

Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.

You may return any item purchased from the Vitamin Shoppe for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. for online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment with one exception. online orders paid for with PayPal and returned to a Vitamin Shoppe retail store will be refunded via merchandise credit.


shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. the Vitamin Shoppe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. for returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period.

We only expect Paypal


Residents in some states must pay applicable sales tax for certain types of products.  Sales Tax is charged on shipments to jurisdictions where sales tax is applicable. The taxability of a particular item is determined by the guidelines set forth by the jurisdiction the item is shipped to. Items sent to APO / FPO/ PPO military addresses are not subject to taxes.
