Shipping:  Your yarn will be shipped either USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Your choice!

Combined shipping:  Please message me if you are purchasing from different listings as I will be happy to combine the items for discounted shipping.  Be sure to message me prior to paying.  Typically, if you are buying (about) 4 or more skeins, combined shipping may save you money. 

Description: All of my yarn is new with labels unless specified in the description.  My yarn is stored in plastic bags in sealed bins.

Returns: Returns up to 30 days are accepted.  A restocking fee is applied to returns (unless I made a mistake or there is a manufacturer’s flaw in the yarn).  Yarn needs to be returned in the new with label condition in which it was received.  Yarn that has sampled or caked is not eligible for returns.  It also must be odor-free and debris-free.  Buyer pays for shipping.  Thank you for your understanding.  I have great yarn buyers that allow me to accept returns.

Payment: Payment is expected within 2 days of end of auction or commitment to pay.  If you are unable to make the payment within the 2 day requirement, please contact me.   If there is no communication, an unpaid item report will be automatically be sent.
