There is no way for us to know the environment from which they originally came.  We try very hard to accurately describe our items however, we are only human and can make a mistake....if you feel this has happened, please contact us with your concern and we will work with you to make things right.

PAYMENT TERMS
EBAY is requiring sellers to only offer an on-line payment service....So, Paypal is the only payment method we can accept. Payment is expected within 7 days of listing end - if payment has not been received on the 8th day, it will be reported to eBay for Non-payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING & RETURNS

Shipping & handling costs INCLUDE insurance and Delivery Confirmation!  We ship only through the US Post Office.  Shipping Costs ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE!  We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible as long one Paypal payment is made for all the items.  However, some items are just too large or too fragile and cannot be shipped with other items.  Please email BEFORE purchase to determine if all the items you want can be shipped together in one box.

There is a small handling fee included in the shipping cost - this HELPS pay for some of the costs incurred such as packing tape, labels, new packing peanuts, new bubble wrap, envelopes, new plastic bags, etc....not to mention fees from eBay and Paypal!  We do not make any money on handling fees!  MANY items we sell are fragile and require generous amounts of packing materials. We do our best to make sure that your item(s) arrives to you safely!

We do accept returns - only if item is misrepresented.  Buyer must contact seller within 3 days of receipt and return to us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for paying return postage.
