We accept all forms of payments through Paypal. Please make payment within 48 hours of auction ending. All payments are secure. We can only ship to the address shown on your Paypal transaction so please make sure it is current and accurate. We do not charge sales tax except for purchases shipped to CA locations. We ship insured parcels with Fed Ex and USPS to the continental 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. BOXES or international addresses. If you are international, please purchase your approved item through Ebay's global shipping program. It is the best and least expensive way to ship your item. Ebay gives excellent shipping rate for overseas. We pack and ship our items with lots of TLC and because of this we have an extremely low number of claims. Local pickups are accepted!

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 14 days of your receiving it. Please email us and we will provide a return shipping address. WE do not charge a restocking fee however buyers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please let us know ASAP. We will make it right at no cost to you. You don't need to start a return request. For “all other” returns, please send us email within 14 days from the delivery date. Item must be packed up as it was received and returned in original manufacturer's box and packaging.

Backorders

We ship most of our items from our location,however occasionally an item may ship directly from manufacturer. On a rare occasion they may be out of stock and you will be notified immediately and given the option of leaving the item on back order or receiving a full refund.
