"POPEYE THE SAILOR" FIGURAL BUBBLE PIPE - 1950s Hong Kong. 4" x 1". Spot paint on molded plastic.
Nice bust image with good likeness. Much of original paint has worn away with spot accents remaining. No cracks on plastic with no separation. Overall a very displayable example by most standards (see photos).
This item would make a great POPEYE display for the discriminating CHARACTER TOY MEMORABILIA enthusiast.
