RARE Antique Terracotta Figurine of Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Virgin Mary Statue


This is a RARE and beautiful antique early to mid 1900's hand painted terracotta statue of
Our Lady of Sorrows. There are also other names by which the Blessed Virgin Mary is
referred to in rellation to sorrows in her life: Our Lady of Seven Sorrows, Our Lady of
Dolours, Our Lady of Seven Dolours, Sorrowful Mother, Mother of Sorrows, Our Lady of
Piety. Stunning decoration and details, beautiful facial expression. The halo is removeable
- please refer to enclosed images.

The statue is made of terracotta.

The overal size is 17.1 inches (435mm) in height, 9.5 inches (240mm) wide and 
 6.7 inches (170mm) deep.
 

The statue is in great antique condition with no damage besides age appropriate wear  .......
