This listing is for a Nikon AIS 100-300mm f5.6 zoom lens.  It's in very nice shape, and includes the original front and rear caps.  The zoom mechanism has minimal slip, only moving when the lens is tilted greater than approximately 60 degrees.  Please see the images above and let me know if you have any questions.
