Antique Early 20th Century Clown Doll

We know nothing about this doll, we pulled it out of a 100+ year old home here in 

 Portland Oregon over the weekend.

The clothing appears to be silk or sating

the hands, and face are cloth that has been painted

Clown Measures: 15" inches tall(17" with hat)
