All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty as standard and some offer an extended period.

Payment
MOST PAYMENT TYPES TAKEN
All items and goods ordered shall be paid for within 3 days or a reasonable time period if notified. We will always use the unpaid item system to enable us to reclaim our expenses when items are not paid for within this time.
We offer payments by PayPal, Most Credit & Debit Cards, & Bank Transfer (please call us for details) other methods of payment i.e. Cheques and cash maybe taken but please call us before as we may decline.
If you would prefer to pay over the PHONE, just call 01473 839880 and we can process your payment by this method. A credit/debit card receipt will be sent with your invoice. UK MAINLAND DESPATCH SAME WORKING DAY BEFORE 1pm.

Your ordered and paid for items will be dispatched using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Yodel, UPS or TNT and should arrive within 1 - 5 working days from date of your payment being received. Please be aware that your items maybe available at the local Post Office for collection if an attempt is made by a Royal Mail or Parcel Force service as calling cards are not always left. Contact us on 01473 839880 between 08.00hrs and 17.00hrs if you require a tracking number or wish to know the progress of your order but this should also be available on your purchased items page. The delivery service used maybe upgraded if we decide at our cost for certain items and areas. Somebody must be present to sign for you goods at the delivery address given. Delivery services are not guaranteed by us.
We are happy to accept returns for any item you are unhappy with within a 14 day period, providing it remains in the original condition and can be re-sold. We can only refund postage for an error on our part.
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after the day you receive the item.
After receiving the item, cancel the purchase within 14 days.
