If for any reason you need to return your purchase you can do this by emailing us
and stating your reasons within 7 days of intial receipt.
We will issue you a returns number by email which will need to be shown on
the outside of the parcel that you are returning.
You will then have a further 7 days to ensure the goods are returned to us.
We advise sending by recorded mail and retaining proof of postage as we
cannot accept liability for any items lost in the post.
The cost of returning goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser,
except if the product is faulty.
In order to qualify for a refund, all goods will need to be returned in their
original condition, and remain unused and unopened.
Refunds are processed when the items have been received and checked.
