Every sale helps us give funds to elephant conservation projects.

We support three charities doing amazing work for elephants in different parts of the world -

The Save Elephant Foundation is based at the Elephant Nature Park in the Mae Taeng Valley, just north of Chiang Mai, Thailand and specialise in providing care and assistance to Thailand's captive elephant population through rescue, rehabilitaion and education within communities.

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation works in animal conservation all over the world but our donations go towards their projects supporting African elephants in Uganda through the Waterways project and at the elephant orphanage in Zambia.

Elephant Family work mostly with Asian elephants in India and South East Asia, their work includes saving and maintaining habitats and working with communities to avoid conflict where elephant habitats and human civilisations overlap.

Shipping.

We offer the following UK and international shipping services: 

  • FREE 3-5 day shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.
  • 1-2 day shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class) which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
  • 1-2 day Recorded shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded) which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days and requires a signature.
  • Next Day by 1pm (Royal Mail Special Delivery) which will deliver by 1pm the next day and requires a signature - all special Delivery orders must be placed by 1pm to ensure same day despatch.
  • International shipping will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail and delivery times vary by distance from 3-21 working days. THERE IS NO INTERNATIONAL TRACKING WITH THIS SERVICE; if you would like your order tracked then we offer (depending on destination) Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed. The Tracked service is fully tracked to the destination and the Signed service requires a signature upon receipt but is not trackable once it has left the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders either same day, if ordered before 1pm, or next day for everything else. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions relating to any part of our service - we will be happy to offer assistance!

PLEASE NOTE: During the summer months and the run up to Christmas we will sometimes experience busy period where we are unable to dispatch all orders within our aims - please be patient during these times, your custom is very important to us and your order will be dispatched as soon as we can get to it. Again, if you have any questions regarding your order, be it the estimated dispatch or delivery date or a request to change it then please don't hesitate to contact us via the eBay messaging service.

  
 
 
 

Returns.

We are happy to accept returns for refund or an exchange on all orders.

We will accept returns at any point up 60 days after the sale date so long as the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and with the tags still attached – essential so that it can be resold.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned item. If the return has been received by us within 14 days of the buyer receiving the original order then the refund will be for the total sale price inclusive of any additional postage costs. If the return is received after 14 days then any additional postage costs will not be refunded. All international orders are only eligible for a postage refund equivalent to the domestic standard postage charges.

Exchanges will be despatched upon receipt of the returned item. If there is a time constraint then you are welcome to complete a separate purchase for the correct item and then return the unwanted one for a refund. If time is not a problem then just post the unwanted item(s) back to us and please include a note stating that you would like to exchange and what you would like to exchange for along with your name and order number. This will ensure that your exchange is dealt with swiftly. There are no additional charges for exchange postage.
