Nuova Capodimonte Italian Porcelain Flower Basket Miniature 3 1/2"H Curio Size.  The original sticker is still on the basket on the underside.  It has been peeled back and you will find the N with Crown makers mark.

This miniature basket is approximately 3 1/2"W x 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"H.  The last picture I show is with a standard size 16.9 oz water bottle to give you a very good idea of the size of the basket.

In closeup inspection of this basket, there is some chipping concerns to the flowers or leaves.  Even with the tiny chips you will find on this beautiful basket, it is still beautiful and will look great when displayed.
