We must be notified of any order discrepancies within 7 days of the date of delivery. Any notification of the order discrepancy more than 7 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.

RETURNS

If an item does not meet with your needs for any reason, you are welcome to return it. You must notify us of your desire to return your purchase within 30 days from the original order invoice date. Products must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped; products which have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return. Refunds are for the final purchase price only. Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 3o days after placing the order, and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. We do not pay for return shipping but will pay shipping on the replacement item for domestic orders. International buyers pay shipping both ways.

Propowerbatteries.net reserves the right to test product returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. propowerbatteries.net will not accept returns more than 30 days after the invoice.
