Mickey is in good condition with a few nicks and scratches, but base he is standing on is discolored on top ( after researching this, seems that most of the bases had the same issue). He measures 22" Tall With Base - Base 2.5" (2 pieces). Limited to year of production 1999. weighs approx. base 7 lbs, mickey 11 lbs. This is a nice Mickey Big Figure.
