Feedback will be left upon completion of transaction once I have packaged it. I try to offer the best service possible please contact me before leaving a neutral or a negative, so I can improve my service should I be at fault.

Sold as seen and if you are unsure that the item matches description please contact me first.

Postage Policy:

I will combine postage. However, if combined won items come up to much over £20 pounds I will need to use an enhanced delivery service so this may affect the amount of discount.

Please pay within 3 days of auction ending. If unable to do please contact me and we can arrange something.

Returns Policy

Returns will assessed on a case by case basis.

Where is my item?

I will always aim to dispatch the day after payment (unless it is a Sunday or Bank Holiday and therefore the post office is closed) so please consider the dispatch date rather than delivery time in feedback, sadly I don’t have any control over the post either nationally or internationally! I will mark the item as dispatched on the day I send it.

Insurance:

All items (UK and International) are insured to the value of £20. For an item to be missing it must be more than 25 days late. Please check with friends, family, neighbours, housemates, dogs, cats etc. before contacting me. I will do my best to sort any legitimate claim as soon as possible.
